Delete your StridR account

StridR is an app by Antoine Gerin. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, in three ways:

1. In the app: Profile, Account, Delete my account, then confirm.
2. On this website: sign in to your space, Account tab, Delete my account.
3. By email: write to [email protected] from your account's address, with the subject “Account deletion”. We delete it within 7 days.

What is deleted

Immediately and permanently: your account (email, first name, username), your profile, your programme, your workouts and loads, your food log and weigh-ins, your friends, your activity feed, your pinned exercises and your referral code.

What may be kept

• Purchases and the subscription: handled by Apple or Google (and RevenueCat), under their own rules. Deleting the account does not stop the subscription: cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play settings.
• Crash reports (Sentry), which contain no email or name: automatically erased after 90 days.
• Emails exchanged with support: for as long as needed to handle your request.
